Shirley Mae Hessman, 77, died June 18, 2020 at Covenant Care Senior Living in Wichita. She was born on January 4, 1943 at Stockton, California the daughter of Albert and Twila (Frankenberry) Chambers.

She was a member of the Living Waters Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is survived by her son, Mark Hessman of Wichita; two daughters, Nanette K. Dill of Bucklin and Shey Bingaman of Great Bend; seven grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Twila; her husband, Charles; 2 sisters, Barbara Lee and Patsy Pierce; and brother, Ben Chambers.

Graveside service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Siah Edwards presiding.  There will be no visitation will as cremation has taken place.  Swaim Funeral Chapel of Dodge City is assisting the family with arrangements.
