Sonia Adarga, 73, passed away on July 27, 2026, at St. Catherine's Hospital in Dodge City, KS.

Sonia Adarga was born on November 22, 1952 in San Jose, CA, to George and Orhelina (Barahona Aguilar.Sonia loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed sewing and watching her favorite television shows in her spare time. She worked as a car driver for various car dealerships delivering cars to different car auctions.

Sonia is survived by her two sons, Juan Aguilar of Dodge City, Kansas and Jaime Aguilar of Mesa, Arizona.

Sonia is preceded in death by her parents.

A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Swaim Funeral Chapel in Dodge City.

Memorials are suggested to Sonia Marilyn Adarga Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
