Steven Ralph Holt, 35,died Monday, September 7, 2009 at Western Plains Medical Complex at Dodge City, KS. He was born on May 5, 1974 at Mena, AR the son of Jim and Peggy (Jensen) Holt.

On September 13, 1996 he married Patty Muns, she survives. He worked at Wilroads Garden Feedyard as a yard hand. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, motorcycles, working cars and manning his cattle "ranch" in his spare time.



Survivors include;
Fiance Patty Holt of Dodge City, A daughter Desarae Lindsey of Dodge City, two sons Michael Lindsey of Dodge City,and Cherokee Thomas of Dodge City.
Mother Peggy Jensen and father Jim Holt of Banning, Calif. He is also survived by his stepfather Dean and wife Marty Ashcraft of Cimarron, step father Jody Jensen.
Grandmother-Nete Griffin of Des Moines, IA. Three brothers Jimmie and wife Angie Holt of Minneola,Michael and wife Sam Waggoner of Manhattan,Bucky Ashcraft of Montezuma, six sisters Paula and husband Glenn Jensen, Lori and husband Bill Goodwin, Toni Patton of Cimarron,Deana and husband Jatinder Dua of Marlboro, Mass.,Robbie and husband Jason Hundermark of Scott City,
Staci Ashcraft and fiance Scott Dressler.

He is also survived by 16 Nephews and 12 nieces and 2 great nieces and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Russell Griffin, grandmother Jane Griffin, grandmother Reba Cash, and niece Jinnie Holt.

Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Memorials can be made to Steven Holt Childrens Memorial Fund
in care of the funeral home. Cremation will follow the visitation.
