Dodge City - Steven Ray Mauch, 63, died July 19, 2013 at his residence in Dodge City. He was born on September 12, 1949 at Denver, CO the son of Glenn and Edith (Van Winkel).

He worked as a driver for Lab Corp for many years. Steven served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed gardening and fishing in his spare time.

He is survived by his daughter Crystal Kletchka and husband Matt of Augusta, Kansas; father Glenn Mauch of Dodge City; brother Jon Mauch of Grand Junction, Colorado, and two grandchildren Brandon and Dylan Kletchka.

He was preceded in death by his mother Edith Mauch and a sister Kathy Evans.

A graveside service with full military rites by Howard Gotschall V.F.W. Post #1714 and KSARNG Military Honors will be held at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Dick Robbins presiding. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to Howard Gotschall V.F.W. Post #1714 in care of the funeral home.
