Offerle - Thierry Felkins, 61, died June 30, 2024 at his home in Offerle, Kansas. He was born on July 22, 1962 at Ashland, Kansas the son of Lemro "Fred" and Paulette (Fatet) Felkins.

He attended school in Dodge City and graduated from Spearville High School in 1981. He married Valerie Miller on February 5, 1985. Thierry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and after leaving the Army he continued his service in the U.S. Army Reserves for several years. He was an exceptional carpenter and took great pride in all the projects that he worked on. Thierry was also known for his great sense of humor and loved joking around with his friends and family. He also loved to go hunting, fishing and cruising the country roads in his spare time. Thierry also loved to BBQ at his home whenever he could.

He is survived by his mother Paulette Felkins; one daughter Nicole Felkins of Roseburg, Oregon, one son Nicholas Felkins of Tri City, Oregon, two sisters Cindy Fleming-Rabe of Bucklin; Sonia Hays of Bucklin, two step brothers Troy and wife Leslie Davis of Kinsley, Jimmy Burns of Wichita and two grandchildren Kailegh and Charlegh, one niece Angela Esplund and husband Kirk, three nephews Matthew Fleming and wife Brandy, Derek Hays and Ricky Hays. He is also survived by his beloved dog Molly.

He was preceded in death by his father Fred Felkins, brother-in-law Tim Rabe, niece Bobbi Hays and one step brother Ronnie Burns and Sandra Felkins.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday July 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Parish Center located at 221 W. 1st in Offerle, Kansas, with Pastor Avery Rutledge officiating.
