Tiffany Renee (Perez) Leonard, 29, died Friday, April 17, 2009 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City. She was born on August 3, 1979 in Dodge City, the daughter of Tom and Alice (Lozano) Perez, Jr.

Tiffany grew up in Dodge City and graduated from Dodge City High School in 1997 and then attended Cowley County Junior College. On May 24, 2003, she married Floyd Leonard in Cedar Vale, Kansas. He survives. Tiffany was a certified nurses aide at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City.

Tiffany is survived by her husband, Floyd Leonard of the home, one son, Nikoli Leonard of the home; two daughters, Destini Leonard and Kearsten Leonard, both of the home, her parents, Alice and Tom Perez, Jr. of Dodge City; two brothers, Joseph Allen Perez and Tom Perez, III both of Dodge City; grandparents, Helen and Tom Perez, Sr. of Dodge City, John Lozano of Dodge City, and Gloria and Robert Rodriguez of Denver, Colorado; great grandmother, Mary Martinez of Ridgecrest, California; father and mother-in-law, Jody and Ladonna Kraft of Meade; and brother-in-law, Joseph Kraft of Meade.

Vigil service will be held at the Cathedral Of Our Lady Of Guadalupe, Dodge City, on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral Of Our Lady Of Guadalupe on Tuesday April 21, 2009 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Enrique Estrada presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City, on Monday, April 20, 2009 from noon to 5:00 PM.
