Dodge City - Trohman L. "Troy" Robinson II, 69, died May 26, 2022 at the family cabin in Cuchara, Colorado.  He was born on October 29, 1952 at Dodge City, the son of Trohman L. and Wilma F. (Watson) Robinson.

Troy was a lifetime resident of Dodge City and was a 1970 graduate of Dodge City High School. He was a graduate of Dodge City Community College where he earned his associate's degree and then attended Emporia State University. Troy started his career at the Dodge City Daily Globe in 1972, where he eventually would find his passion for photography. After his long career at the Globe ended he opened Troy's Old Time Photography which he operated in Dodge City for many years until his retirement.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dodge City and the Ford County Historical Society where he served as Vice President.

Troy is survived by a brother, Timothy Robinson of Dodge City; and other extended family and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Trohman and Wilma Robinson.

Memorial graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 10:00AM at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. A celebration of Troy's life will follow at 11:00AM at the Carnegie Center for the Arts, Dodge City.
