Dodge City - Wilma Fay Parsons, 88, died July 18, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City. She was born on October 5, 1922 at Liberal the daughter of William L. and Georgia M. (Potter) Williamson.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Dome of Dodge City.
